A question that is as true as it is pertinent. We can't deny that, in one way or another, we're all leveraging artificial intelligence to generate content. If you're even remotely involved in the field of content creation, you can instantly recognize when a text is fully generated by ChatGPT or not.

The issue is that we're increasingly seeing the same words, formats, and, more crucially, the same topics circling through various online contents, in exponentially larger quantities.

There are several ways to use AI at different levels. However, the least recommended approach is to have ChatGPT writing all your content and copy-paste it without even a brief review. Among the bad consequences, it often provides incorrect information.

A more suitable approach might be to give AI an input, collect the result, and then rework it with your own head, knowledge, skills, and logic.

So, the question opens up a valid scenario. If a massive number of people are generating a vast amount of content, exposing the same concepts and using the same words, how do we make our content stand out?

Idea #1: Talk about new things.

Let's avoid setting an SEO strategy on topics that are too common, and too mainstream. Because if it was already difficult to conquer the peak of these mountains before, it's even more complicated today.

Let's talk about new things, things that can genuinely capture users' attention. Things that truly interest and provide intelligent insights.

Idea #2: We do prefer humans.

By nature, we all prefer to converse with another person and feel less comfortable with a robot. No, we're not talking about science fiction, but reality. Think about the recorded messages in call centers or automated chats.

To differentiate ourselves, we need to use a more human language in our content production, warmer than the one used by artificial intelligence. It may seem trivial, but intuitively, it makes a big difference to read a small joke in the text or a touch of warmer punctuation, indicating that there's a real person behind those words.

Maybe, as we mentioned earlier, we can take an initial idea from an AI-generated text, but it's always better to put our own thoughts and ideas into it before presenting it to others.

Idea #3: Engage with influencers.

The word "Influencer" has recently received a bad reputation. When we say influencer, it almost sounds like we're referring to a teenager trying to dance some songs on TikTok.

In reality, it must be not necessarily like that. Influencers should be seen as industry experts, each in their own field, with a community of people who place a great deal of trust in them. From this point of view, it changes the whole perspective, doesn't it?

Building collaborations with them and creating authentic content will easily overcome any unfair hurdles dictated by artificial intelligence.

Artificial intelligence will likely continue to be our companion in this adventure, serving as a valuable ally. However, we must not rest on our laurels and should understand that just as we can use it, so can another large and diverse group of people.

Let's use it as a stimulus to further enhance the quality of our work and our creative possibilities, but let's always make sure to add our own effort among the ingredients of this splendid recipe.
